Proverbs 3:23-24

Then you will go on your way in safety,and your foot will not stumble;
when you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.

    You should save this picture, then show it to a future boyfriend or two.

    Sooo much potential for embarrassment!

    oh, wait, my first thought doesn’t jive at all with the verse

    umm, I’ll move along now.. . .

    Happy Sunday!

    So incredibly sweet! That picture is just too cute, but what made it even better is the verse-I have been having trouble sleeping and also nite is my “extreme worrying time” about all of our adoption stuff and I shared that with a friend in a small prayer group and she found that very same verse, wrote it down for me and has been praying it for me. God is so very good, isn’t He?!?

    I love when kids are so asleep that their jaw goes slack like that. What a sweet sweet picture!

  • About Me

    I'm Mary, wife to John, and mom to 10 kids ages 3-20. Six of them were adopted, from Ethiopia and Korea. I spend my days applying Bandaids, reminding kids to use their inside voices, persuading kids fractions are useful, cooking spicy ethnic food, and snapping gig after gig of pictures. Very late at night, I write about it all.
